应用于汽车工业的钢带防腐的工艺正由热浸镀锌迅速地取代电镀锌。对喷漆的车身面板的外表面要求光滑且无疵点。使用氮气气刀取代空气刀可以获得更高的表面质量 ,同时客户反映使用氮气气刀不仅可以提高质量 ,而且提高了走带速度。氮气气刀需要大量的氮气 ,迫使用户去研究如何降低氮气的用量。本文阐述了两种方案可以实现这一目标。第一种方案是通过加热氮气 ,从而使气体膨胀来减少实际用量 ;第二种方案是部分氮气被循环使用。这两种方案各有优势。
The strip anticorrosive process used in the automotive industry is rapidly replacing hot-dip galvanizing with electrogalvanizing. The outer surface of painted body panels require smooth and defect-free. The use of a nitrogen knife instead of an air knife resulted in higher surface quality, and the customer reported that using a nitrogen knife would not only improve quality but also increase running speed. Nitrogen gas knives need a lot of nitrogen, forcing users to study how to reduce the amount of nitrogen. This article explains two options to achieve this goal. The first option is to reduce the actual amount by expanding the gas by heating the nitrogen; the second option is to partially recycle the nitrogen. Both programs have their own advantages.
