知识获取问题一直是知识工程的难点之一,是关系到专家系统成败的关键。本文讨论了专家知识的特点和运用现有方法如何改进知识获取问题。文中提出,在可能条件下,用不同获取方法进行校核,可防止知识失真。同时强调了,知识工程师应尽可能熟悉所研制系统的专业知识。目前,国内外有一种趋势,本行专家参与专家系统的研制(不仅是咨询或当做获取知识的来源),这无疑对保证知识不失真和专家系统的质量大有好处。 Knowledge acquisition has been one of the difficulties of knowledge engineering, which is the key to the success or failure of the expert system. This article discusses the characteristics of expert knowledge and how to use existing methods to improve knowledge acquisition. In the paper, under the possible conditions, using different access methods to check, to prevent knowledge distortion. Also stressed that knowledge engineers should be as familiar with the expertise of the system as developed. At present, there is a trend both at home and abroad. The Bank’s participation in the development of an expert system (not only as a source of consultation or acquisition of knowledge) is undoubtedly of great benefit in ensuring that knowledge is not distorted and the quality of the expert system.
