阿魏侧耳属于真菌门(Eumycota),担子菌纲(Basidiomycete),伞菌目(Agaricales),白蘑科(Tricholomataceae),侧耳属(Pleurotus)。学名Pleurotus eryngii(DC.eX Fr.)Quel.异名Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi。我们于1983年在塔城、阿尔泰等地考察,采集到阿魏侧耳,经组织分离后进行驯化培养。现将其形态和培养特征阐述如下.
Eustocarpus belongs to the genus Eumycota, Basidiomycete, Agaricales, Tricholomataceae and Pleurotus. Scientific name Pleurotus eryngii (DC.eX Fr.) Quel. Synonym Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi. We investigated in Tacheng and Altay in 1983 and collected the ear of Asiatic Wei. After tissue separation, we carried out domestication and cultivation. Now the morphological and cultural characteristics are described below.
