护理工作量测量是护理人力资源配置的基础,能为护理绩效管理提供重要依据。在测量工作量时引入“权重”概念,考虑护理工作数量的同时,充分体现护理难度,对于完善工作量测量、合理配置护理人力资源、建立科学的绩效考核制度以及稳定护理人员队伍具有重要意义。本文对国内外加权护理工作量测量工具的研究进展进行综述,以期对后续研究提供借鉴与参考。
Nursing workload measurement is the basis for nursing human resources allocation, which can provide important basis for nursing performance management. Introducing the concept of “weight ” in the measurement of workload, considering the number of nursing work and fully embodying the difficulty of nursing are important for improving the workload measurement, rationally allocating nursing human resources, establishing a scientific performance appraisal system and stabilizing the team of nursing staff significance. This article reviews the research progress of the weighted nursing workload measurement tools at home and abroad in order to provide reference and reference for the follow-up study.
