在体育运动中,人体所有的运动都是在对抗阻力的条件上产生的,因此,力量素质在各项运动中都是重要的素质。在体育教学活动中,我们可以根据训练中的实际情况采用一些易行首段来加强力量训练。力量训练的易行手段就是指器械练习以外的利用自身的条件或就地利用现有的简单器械训练的手段。它能够弥补器械练习的缺陷,对于提高多数肌群,专项所需肌群以及肌肉的内协调能力的练习效果往往是器械练习所不能比拟的。
