没有一个大胆的,锐意创新的客户,设计师是很难做出一个让人惊艳的作品的。设计师需要和客户一起去解决问题,去拥抱改变。2012年,D&AD新增白铅笔奖,代表D&AD一种独特的态度表达和价值观体现。白铅笔奖的创立,不仅针对慈善机构、非政府组织和公共服务部门,对负有社会责任的企业来说同样适用。那些具有社会意义的设计作品所展现出的独特价值,都为未来设计发展提供了更多的思路和启发。因此白铅笔奖更容易对那些被完美执行、积极改变人类生活的作品给予高度认可及奖赏,将社会价值当做对创意表现的一个重要的考量。2014年,D&A D共产生52枚“黄铅笔奖”、7枚“黑铅笔奖”以及2枚“白铅笔奖”。2014年上海设计周的展览,D&AD首次登陆上海设计周,于10月9日
Without a bold, innovative customer, it’s hard for designers to make a stunning work. Designers need to work with clients to solve problems and embrace change. In 2012, D & AD added a white pencil award, representing a unique attitude and value expression of D & AD. The creation of the White Pencil Award applies not only to charities, NGOs and public services, but also to socially responsible businesses. The unique value of those socially significant design works provides more ideas and inspiration for future design and development. Therefore, the White Pencil Award is more likely to give a high degree of recognition and rewards to those works that are perfectly executed and actively change human life, taking social values as an important consideration for creative performance.
