随着高校扩招,高职学生就业面临着机遇和挑战。高等职业教育的人才培养模式要求高职学生必须结合自身的实际特点来制定符合高职学生特色的职业生涯规划。必须充分认识高职学生职业生涯规划的意义,通过构建合理的知识结构、培养职业能力、积极开展实践活动等方式帮助高职学生成功就业。
With the expansion of colleges and universities, vocational students face opportunities and challenges in employment. Higher vocational education personnel training mode requires vocational students must combine their own actual characteristics to develop career characteristics in line with vocational students career planning. We must fully understand the significance of vocational career planning for higher vocational students and help them to find jobs by building a reasonable knowledge structure, cultivating vocational skills and actively carrying out practical activities.
