陆地资源由于人类常年的大规模开发出现了日益严重的短缺现象,而庞大的资源需求使人们的目光转向了资源储量丰富的海洋。虽然我国拥有丰富的海洋资源,但是由于受到科技、资金等方面因素的限制,目前仍然有许多沿海地区处于以传统产业为主的初级阶段,海洋经济发展水平和海洋资源的拥有量极为不对称。本文将对浙江省各主要海洋产业进行综合评价,根据评价结果和产业自身条件选择出主导产业并提出相应的发展对策和建议。
Land resources have been experiencing growing shortfalls due to the large-scale perennial development of mankind, and the huge resource needs have turned the spotlight on the vast ocean of resource reserves. Although China has abundant marine resources, due to the limitation of science and technology, capital and other factors, there are still many coastal areas in the primary stage of traditional industries. The level of marine economic development and the amount of marine resources are extremely asymmetrical. This article will conduct a comprehensive assessment of major marine industries in Zhejiang Province, according to the evaluation results and the industry’s own conditions to choose the leading industries and put forward corresponding development strategies and recommendations.
