Location: Utrecht, The Netherlands Client: langerak wielen utrecht Area: 3,295m2 Completed: 2001 The project is a commercial building for transport wheel suppliers located on the corner of the site. In a simple way, the designer gives the building an unusual and unique charm. The storage area is a simple, two-story, black-painted steel enclosure. However, it is hidden behind a strict horizontal divider screen, which is located on the street, keeping a distance from the building. This screen façade is built entirely along the edge of the site. The space between the box building and the façade is topped and closed with glass walls for the showroom and reception area. The office is placed against the wall.
