在陕京输气管道工程施工中,我公司首次采用纤维素焊条、低氢型焊条的向下焊技术,通过培训不断摸索出一套成熟的向下焊操作工艺。为有效地控制焊缝内在质量要求,从管口准备、组对到焊接各工序按以下方法作业。 1 焊前准备 现场修磨管口,使其钝边为1.4~1.6mm,坡口角度为60°±5°。在原有管螺旋焊缝内表面靠近坡口端100mm范围内用动力砂轮磨平,在外表面靠近坡口端用动力砂轮修磨出长约有15mm的缓坡。管内外表面坡口两侧各25mm范围内应用角向磨光机清理至露出金属光泽。坡口内侧不得有内坡口。 钢管组对后错边量应小于1.2mm,若允许,应尽量
