在当前的高职德育教学过程中,由于当前教学方式仍以教师教为主、教学内容空洞、教学方法陈旧、教学理念滞后、教学容量小等原因,致使当前高职德育教学中仍然存在很多问题。要改变当前的德育教学现状,教师应学会换位思考,从学生学的角度来思考课该怎样上、上什么内容。教师应将备课与自己的科研成果相衔接,敢于进行各种教学尝试,树立上课资料共享理念,将课堂还给学生。
In the current teaching process of moral education in higher vocational education, there are still many problems in current moral education in higher vocational education due to the fact that the current teaching methods are mainly teacher teaching, empty teaching content, obsolete teaching methods, lagging teaching philosophy and small teaching capacity .
