2014年1月1日,按照国家要求,全国汽油都将升级置换为国Ⅳ标准,油品升级也将带来价格的上涨。今年9月份,国家发改委发布关于油品质量升级价格政策有关意见的通知,第四阶段车用汽油标准过渡期至2013年底。即从明日起,国内主营单位汽油全部由国Ⅲ汽油升级为国Ⅳ汽油。而按照合理补偿成本、优质优价和污染者付费原则,车用汽油质量标准升级至国Ⅳ标准的加价标准为每吨290元,普通柴油价格参照同标准车用柴油价格执行。
