9月16日,中国证监会发布《关于进一步推进期货经营机构创新发展的意见》。《意见》以增强竞争能力、服务实体经济为主线,对期货经营机构创新发展重点提出了八大举措:一是大力提升服务实体经济能力;二是努力增强期货经营机构竞争力;三是适时放宽行业准入;四是探索交易商制度,培育专业交易商队伍;五是逐步推进期货经营机构对外开放;六是稳步发展场外衍生品业务;七是加强投资者保护;八是加强风险防范。从整体上看,《意见》的出台将进一步推动期货经营机构创新发展,进一步提升期货行业在服务实体经
