“经济是政治的基础,政治对经济有着反作用”。这是马克思主义的一项基本原理。因此,思想政治工作无论是对一个国家还是一个企业的发展都有着不可忽视的作用。石油企业作为我们国家的大型的支柱性企业,思想政治工作也就显得更加重要了。本文就从这个方面着手,谈论了两个问题,即石油企业在思想政治工作中所存在的问题以及解决的方式,以便更好地促进石油企业思想政治工作的发展。
“Economy is the basis of politics, politics has a negative effect on the economy ”. This is a basic principle of Marxism. Therefore, ideological and political work has a significant role to play in the development of a country or an enterprise. As a large pillar enterprise in our country, the oil industry is even more important for ideological and political work. This article starts from this aspect and talks about two problems, that is, the problems existing in the ideological and political work of petroleum enterprises and the solutions to them so as to better promote the development of ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises.
