运用链脲佐菌素加高脂膳食诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功后,选择大黄醇提物给大鼠灌胃。灌胃前、后用ELISA方法检测空腹血清APN浓度和TNF-α水平,同时测定各组的胰岛素水平;根据HOMA-IR公式,计算ISI,并比较灌胃前、后的指标变化。结果:治疗后,模型及治疗组血清APN的水平、胰岛素敏感性较治疗前提高(P<0.05),TNF-α较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论:大黄醇提物组能明显提高APN水平、改善胰岛素敏感性,降低TNF-α水平。
A rat model of type 2 diabetes induced by streptozotocin plus a high fat diet. After the model was successfully established, rats were given intragastric administration of rhubarb alcohol extract. Before and after intragastric administration, fasting serum APN concentration and TNF-α levels were detected by ELISA. Insulin levels in each group were measured at the same time. According to HOMA-IR formula, ISI was calculated, and the index changes before and after intragastric administration were compared. Results: After treatment, serum APN levels and insulin sensitivity in the model and treatment groups were higher than before treatment (P<0.05), and TNF-α was lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rhubarb ethanol extract group can significantly increase APN levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and reduce TNF-α levels.
