2011年9月29日,省十一届人大常委会第二十八次会议通过了新修订的《广东省工伤保险条例》,将于2012年1月1日起正式施行。条例贯彻落实了社会保险法的新规定,及时与新工伤保险条例的有关制度相衔接,还解决了近年来我省工伤保险工作存在的诸多问题,有利于更好地保障工伤职工的合法权益,更好地推动工伤预防和职业康复工作,也能够更多地分担用人单位的工伤风险。条例的出台可谓我省社会保障工作的一场利民惠民的“及时雨”。
On September 29, 2011, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People's Congress passed the newly revised “Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance in Guangdong Province” and will come into force on January 1, 2012.
