在长期的教学过程中,很多老师因受到传统的教育思想的影响,在教学过程中一直采用灌输式或者说是填鸭式的方法,对于孩子们的学习情况不放心,并且认为只有这样,才能让学生达到事先预期的教学效果。然而,在提倡素质教育的今天,这种教学方法是行不通的,不仅会束缚学生的个性,更加会成为学生发挥自身潜力的巨大障碍!因此,近年来,我努力尝试采用新的教学方法,让学生更容易接受老师所讲的东西,并且采用一些方式方法让学生自己学习,发挥主观能动性,挖掘其潜力,灵活的掌握课堂知识,始终把学生放在首位,确保学生的主体地位。容让他们能主动学,能灵活的学,能开心的学。正是有了这种思想,我在教学中会着重的对一个项目做实验,来找到教学突破口,然后总结经验,推广到其他项目。做老师以来,我已经教过一二三年级,我长时间来研究的课题是《小学语文教学中的阅读能力的培养》。经过我努力反复实践,现在已经初见成效。

Allow them to take the initiative to learn, be flexible learning, be happy to learn. It is with this idea, I will focus on teaching a project to experiment, to find a teaching breakthrough, and then sum up experience and promote to other projects. Since I became a teacher, I have taught Grade One and Grade Three. The subject I studied for a long time is “Cultivation of Reading Skills in Primary Chinese Teaching.” After my hard work, I have achieved initial success now.
