作者研究了人基因重组型IL-1β对人牙周膜纤维细胞DNA合成功能的影响,发现牙周膜纤维细胞经IL-1β作用后,DNA合成量显著增多,随着IL-1β作用浓度的加大该细胞DNA合成的量随之逐渐增加。本结果表明,IL-1β能促进牙周膜纤维细胞的DNA合成,其促进作用有显著地浓度效应。
The effect of human recombinant IL-1β on DNA synthesis in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts was investigated.
