在分析星载海洋雷达高度计的控制和信息处理系统工作原理的基础上，提出星载海洋雷达高度计的控制和信息处理设计方案。计算机软件模拟结果表明：该方案设计合理，能适合海面的复杂状态，可完全达到设计要求。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the control and information processing system of the spaceborne oceanographic radar altimeter, the design of the control and information processing of the spaceborne sea radar altimeter is proposed. Computer software simulation results show that the scheme is reasonable in design and can adapt to the complex state of the sea surface and can completely meet the design requirements.
