欧美是高度发达、成熟的社会,其建筑业非常正规和制度化。本文通过对欧美国家的建筑工程成本估算方式与手段进行浅析,可对我国的建筑业有借鉴意义,以促进我国建筑业的科学管理、量化分析,推动我国建筑行业的进步。
Europe and the United States are highly developed and mature societies whose construction industry is very formal and institutionalized. This article through the European and American countries, construction cost estimation methods and means of analysis, China’s construction industry can have reference, in order to promote China’s construction industry, scientific management, quantitative analysis, and promote the progress of China’s construction industry.
