项目地点:北京建造时间:2005年场地面积:588m~2建筑面积:240m~2建筑结构:混凝土设计说明:Q住宅建于北京怀柔山区,是周末及假日休闲性住宅。场地周围有成排的果林,设计选择了在果林的空隙间插入一个36.6m×6.6m×7.5m的狭长体块,以保证果林和原有的风景不被破坏。基本的要求是要满足业主3个家庭可以在度假时共同使用。每个家庭分别拥有的私人空间被设置在2层,而起居室、餐厅、孩子们共同拥有的共用卧室以及一系列功能性的用房被安置在一层。由于3个家庭对于空间的理解有所不同,在设计过程中也引发了不少关于大厅的高度、卧室的层高等问题的争论,这种冲突最终表现在每个家庭私人卧房的装修上。 Project Location: Beijing Construction Date: 2005 Site Area: 588m ~ 2 Building Area: 240m ~ 2 Building Structure: Concrete Design Description: Q Residence was built in Huairou Mountain, Beijing. It is a leisure residence on weekends and holidays. There are rows of fruit groves around the site, and a 36.6m × 6.6m × 7.5m long and narrow body block is designed to be inserted into the gaps of the fruit trees so as to ensure that the fruit trees and the original scenery are not damaged. The basic requirement is to meet the owners 3 families can be used jointly on vacation. Each family owned private space is set up on the second floor, while the living room, dining room, children share the common bedroom and a series of functional rooms are placed on the ground floor. As the three families have different understanding of space, many controversy arises in the design process about the height of the lobby and the height of the bedroom, which eventually manifests itself in the decoration of each family’s private bedroom.
