随着科学和社会的进步,人口生育率持续下降,人类的平均期望寿命延长,使人口年龄结构发生着历史性的变化,“银色”浪潮正冲击全球。在发达国家和地区,60岁及以上人口占总人口的比重1990年已达17.6％,世纪之交将达到19.2％。再过30年,发达国家总人口的1/3年龄将超过60岁。人口老龄化在许多发展中国家也已经开始了,而且来势相当迅猛。我国自80年代以来,老年人口平均每年增长3.2％,目前已有10个省市进入老年型人口的行列。人口老龄化的态势非常突出,80岁以上
With the progress of science and society, the fertility rate of the population continues to decline, the average life expectancy of mankind has been extended, and the age structure of the population has undergone a historic change. The “silver” wave is impacting the world. In developed countries and regions, the proportion of people aged 60 and over in the total population reached 17.6% in 1990 and will reach 19.2% at the turn of the century. In another 30 years, one third of the total population in developed countries will be over 60 years of age. The aging population has also started in many developing countries and has been quite rapid. Since the 1980s, the average annual population of the elderly in our country has increased by 3.2% per annum. At present, 10 provinces and cities have entered the ranks of the elderly population.
