中等职业技术学校(以下简称中职学校)学生(以下简称中职生,新生则称中职新生)的年龄一般在十五、十六岁到十八、十九岁。由于其正处于青春期或青年初期,心理变化最激烈,从而容易产生心理困惑和心理冲突。刚踏入中职学校的新生,面对崭新的生活和陌生的学习环境,常感觉渺茫困惑,出现学习目标不明、学习动机层次低、学习方法不当、学习习惯不良、认知能力低、焦虑等学习心理问题,并可能出现人际关系紧张,情感情绪不稳定,缺乏积极向上的精神面貌,严重影响他们的身心健康成长。所以帮助新生尽快适应新环境是新生教育的根本任务。而学校图书馆理应发挥其职能作用,配合学校对学生进行素质教育而扮演好入馆教育教授者的角色。
Secondary vocational and technical schools (hereinafter referred to secondary vocational schools) students (hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational students, freshmen, secondary vocational freshmen) are generally aged 15, 16 to 18, 19 years old. Because of its puberty or early youth, psychological changes are the most intense, which easily lead to psychological confusion and psychological conflict. Freshmen who have just stepped into secondary vocational schools are often confused by the new life and unfamiliar learning environment, with unclear learning objectives, low levels of motivation, poor learning methods, poor learning habits, low cognitive ability, anxiety, etc. Study psychological problems, and may appear interpersonal tensions, emotional emotional instability, the lack of a positive mental outlook, a serious impact on their physical and mental health growth. Therefore, to help freshmen adapt to the new environment as soon as possible is the fundamental task of freshmen education. The school library should play its functional role, with the school quality education for students to play a good education professors role.
