[目的]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时测定动物内脏中金属元素的分析方法。[方法]结合微波消解及ORS-ICP-MS技术,建立了同时测定动物内脏中多种金属元素的分析方法。[结果]在优化条件下,12种元素在0~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检出限为0.038~0.219μg/L。当动物内脏样品中的添加水平为0.01~3 500μg/g时,各元素的加标回收率为92.9%~104.1%。[结论]该方法前处理简便、快速,检测准确,灵敏度高,适用于动物内脏中多种金属元素的同时测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for simultaneous determination of metal elements in animal offal by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). [Method] Combined with microwave digestion and ORS-ICP-MS technique, a method for simultaneous determination of various metal elements in animal offal was established. [Result] Under the optimal conditions, the linearity of 12 elements in the range of 0 ~ 10 mg / L was good with the linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The detection limits were 0.038 ~ 0.219 μg / L. The spiked recoveries of various elements ranged from 92.9% to 104.1% when the levels were 0.01-3 500 μg / g in visceral samples. [Conclusion] The method was simple and rapid in pre-treatment, accurate in detection and high in sensitivity. It was suitable for the simultaneous determination of various metal elements in animal offal.
