砚雕文化与我国其它传统文化一样,总是把喜庆、吉祥的寓意,放到所要表现的题材中去,如:龙凤呈祥、福在眼钱、五子登科、马上封侯、苍龙教子、麻姑献寿、松鹤同春、瓜瓞绵绵、太平有象、金玉满堂、蟾宫折桂、兰桂腾芳等等。用不同的创意和表现手法直到把作品刻画得淋漓尽致。我所收藏的二方五福临门砚:图一:为一方中规中矩、呈长方形的五福临门绿端砚,带樱木原配盒盖,长17.5米,宽11.6米,高2.3米。该砚手感极佳,温润滑腻,像孩儿肌肤。

I collected two Fangfu blessing Yanmen: Figure I: One of the law-abiding, was a rectangular five-sided green Duan Yan, Sakura original with lid, 17.5 meters long, 11.6 meters wide and 2.3 meters high. The Yan feel good, warm creamy, like a child’s skin.
