近年来,我国经济的飞速发展导致对人才类型、知识结构、素质和能力等各方面都提出了新的要求。面对这样的要求,我国许多高校纷纷结合教育改革和发展纲要,开始建立有特色的全新办学理念,试图建立起特色人才培养模式,然而许多高校培养人才的类型还上不明确,培养学生知识能力等结构也较为单一。本文简要的分析了当前电子信息科学与技术专业的人才培养模式,根据社会需求和电子信息科学与技术专业的特点,提出了构建特色人才培养模式的几个条件。
In recent years, the rapid economic development in our country has led to new demands on all aspects of the types of talents, knowledge structure, qualities and capabilities. Faced with such a request, many colleges and universities in our country have all started the education reform and development program one after another, started to establish distinctive brand-new idea of running a school and tried to set up a model of cultivating special talents. However, the types of training qualified personnel in many colleges and universities are still unclear and students’ Other structures are relatively simple. This paper briefly analyzes the current personnel training mode of electronic information science and technology. According to the needs of society and the characteristics of electronic information science and technology, this paper puts forward several conditions for constructing the personnel training mode with characteristics.
