随着旅游产业的持续快速发展,对旅游专业人才的需求日益增长,对职业院校旅游专业人才培养的质量也提出了更高的要求。旅游专业非常重视实践性,笔者结合旅游行业对职教生的需求,针对实践教学,对加大实验实训课时,结合行业发展实时优化实践教学内容,引入翻转课堂等新式教学方法,通过企业顶岗实习加强师资培养等多项改革措施进行了探索。
