河南积淀了深厚的国际法思想和文化,但唐武之后一直到清末民初,闭关锁国的政策让国际法的思想与规则渐渐淡出中国历史的视野。改革开放之后的河南,由于经济发展和涉外劳务、进出口贸易的增多,国际法的地位日益重要,面对对外交往越来越频繁的河南,涉外交往法律人才的培养和储备需要进一步加强。 Henan has accumulated profound ideas and culture of international law. However, until the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republican China, Tang Wu’s policy of “closing the door to lock up the country” gradually fades out the vision and rules of international law from the perspective of Chinese history. After the reform and opening up, due to economic development, foreign labor service and the increase of import and export trade, the status of international law is increasingly important. In the face of the increasingly frequent foreign exchange in Henan, the training and reserve of legal personnel involved in foreign affairs need to be further strengthened.
