目的比较半夏白术天麻汤不同提取方法对大鼠血清中单胺类递质水平的影响。方法原发性痰湿壅盛型高血压大鼠,随机分为模型组、半仿生-酶法提取液(SBEE)组、水提液(SBE)组、醇提液(WE)组、半仿生提取液(AE)组,4种提取液均过中空纤维膜截留相对分子质量≤1 000。模型组饮用去离子水,不限量;SBEE组、SBE组、WE组、AE组分别ig相应提取液,每天1 m L(2.83 g/m L);正常血压大鼠8只作为对照组。喂养4周后,采用高效液相色谱-电化学(HPLC-ECD)法测定血清中单胺递质去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果 4种提取液均可降低高血压大鼠NE和5-HT水平,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01),对NE影响顺序是:SBEE>SBE>AE>WE,对5-HT影响顺序是:SBEE>SBE>WE>AE。结论半夏白术天麻汤4种方法提取均可降低高血压大鼠单胺递质水平,且加入酶解过程的SBEE提取方法效果最好。
Objective To compare the effects of different extraction methods of Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction on monoamine neurotransmitters in rat serum. Methods Primary phlegm - dampness type hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group, SBEE group, water extract group (SBE) group, alcohol extract group (WE) group, semi - Extract (AE) group, 4 extracts were hollow fiber membrane retention relative molecular mass ≤ 1 000. Model group drinking deionized water, not limited; SBEE group, SBE group, WE group, AE group were the corresponding extract ig, daily 1 m L (2.83 g / m L); 8 normal rats as control group. Serum monoamine neurotransmitters norepinephrine (NE) and serotonin (5-HT) levels were measured by HPLC-ECD four weeks after feeding. Results The four extracts could reduce the level of NE and 5-HT in hypertensive rats, and the difference was significant (P <0.01). The order of influence on NE was: SBEE> SBE> AE> WE, The order is: SBEE> SBE> WE> AE. Conclusion Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction 4 methods can reduce monoamine neurotransmitter levels in hypertensive rats, and SBEE extraction method was the best.
