目的比较平衡式快速场回波(B-FFE)技术和呼吸导航三维平衡超快速场回波(3DB-TFE)技术对胸主动脉成像图像质量的影响。方法对31例临床可疑主动脉病变的患者进行了前瞻性B-FFE和3DB-TFE检查。采用图像分析质量标准对两种方法进行评价。结果31例B-FFE和3DB-TFE图像均能准确地显示胸主动脉及其弓上分支;图像质量B-FFE显著较3DB-TFE差,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);成像时间B-FFE明显较3DB-TFE短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者配合难易程度上,B-FFE较3DB-TFE难。结论屏气B-FFE和呼吸导航3DB-TFE两种技术均可在不使用对比剂的情况下较为满意地评价胸主动脉情况,3DB-TFE的图像质量优于B-FFE技术。
Objective To compare the effects of balanced fast field echo (B-FFE) and breath navigation 3D balance ultra fast field echo (3DB-TFE) on the imaging quality of thoracic aorta. Methods Thirty-one patients with clinically suspected aortic lesions underwent prospective B-FFE and 3DB-TFE examinations. Two methods were evaluated using image analysis quality standards. Results All 31 cases of B-FFE and 3DB-TFE images could accurately display the thoracic aorta and its upper branch. The image quality of B-FFE was significantly lower than that of 3DB-TFE (P <0.01) Compared with 3DB-TFE, the time of B-FFE was shorter than that of 3DB-TFE, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). B-FFE was more difficult than 3DB-TFE in patient compatibility. Conclusion Both breath hold B-FFE and breath-hold 3DB-TFE technique can evaluate thoracic aorta more satisfactorily without using contrast agent. The 3DB-TFE is better than B-FFE in image quality.
