新常态下,川西北民族地区畜牧业发展迎来了难得机遇和巨大挑战。大力推进畜牧业循环经济发展,是川西北民族地区引领新常态的迫切需要,是推动新发展的现实选择,也是迎接新挑战的战略举措。由于传统文化、技术条件、市场环境、生态恶化等因素影响,川西北民族地区畜牧业循环经济发展受到一定程度制约。在畜牧业绿色循环导向下,通过落实标准化生产养殖、构建新型经营体系、突出科技创新等路径探索,实现畜牧业循环经济提质增效、农牧民增收致富、生态安全稳定的伟大目标。
Under the new normal, the development of animal husbandry in northwestern Sichuan ushered in a rare opportunity and a huge challenge. Vigorously promoting the development of circular economy in animal husbandry is an urgent need to lead the new normal in ethnic areas in northwestern Sichuan, a realistic choice to promote new development and a strategic move to welcome new challenges. Due to the influence of traditional culture, technical conditions, market environment, ecological deterioration and other factors, the development of circular economy of animal husbandry in the northwest of Sichuan Province is subject to a certain degree of restriction. Under the green cycle of animal husbandry, through the implementation of standardized production and breeding, building a new management system, highlighting the path of scientific and technological innovation and other exploration to achieve quality and efficiency of circular economy in livestock husbandry, farmers and herdsmen to increase income, ecological security and stability of the great goal.
