我叫吴中庆,是江苏省阜宁县城北联中初一(2)班学生。去年暑假,我听说县气功科研会传授益智气功,在父母的支持下,抱着试试看的心理,去参加学习江苏省东台师范学校薛峰先生创编的益智气功的初级功——“慢呼吸气功”。在指导老师的精心辅导下,我很快学会了这种功法。开学后,虽然学习时间紧,我仍坚持每晚练功20分钟,星期天坚持练功1小时,暑、寒假每天练功2小时。现在,我已养成练功的习惯,一天不练功就感到好像有一件重要的事情未做似的。
