目的:研究五子衍宗方对实验性隐睾小鼠生精功能的保护作用。方法:取5~6周龄BALB/c小鼠,手术建立小鼠隐睾模型,分为假手术组,模型组,五子衍宗方低、高剂量(100,200 mg.kg-1)组,手术14 d后给药,用药14 d,于末次给药24h后检测小鼠的睾丸质量、精子密度、活率,光、电镜观察睾丸组织学结构的变化,检测小鼠睾丸内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:五子衍宗方能够显著增加模型小鼠的睾丸质量(P<0.01),明显增加精子密度(P<0.05),提高精子活率(P<0.01),改善隐睾小鼠睾丸组织的病理性变化,显著升高SOD和GSH-Px活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:五子衍宗方提高睾丸组织内抗氧化损伤能力,从而减轻隐睾对小鼠睾丸生殖功能的损害。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction on the function of spermatogenesis in experimental cryptorchid mice. Methods: Cryptorchidism model was established in 5 ~ 6 weeks old BALB / c mice. The rats were divided into sham operation group, model group, Wuzi Yanzong Fang low and high dose (100, 200 mg.kg-1) d after administration for 14 days. The testis quality, sperm density, viability, light and electron microscopy were used to observe the changes of testicular histology after the last administration for 24 hours. The glutathione peroxidation (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were measured. Results: Wushen yanzong decoction could significantly increase testicular mass (P <0.01), increase sperm density (P <0.05), increase sperm motility (P <0.01), and improve testicular tissue pathological changes (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly decreased the content of MDA (P <0.01). Conclusion: Wuzi Yanzong decoction can improve the ability of anti-oxidative damage in testis tissue and thus reduce the damage of testicular reproductive function in cryptorchidism.
