多头风凿是一种冲击型风动手工具。可用于铸件的清砂及清除电焊焊接后的氧化物和锅炉内的水垢等。对于表面形状复杂的小型铸件的清砂最适用。用多头风凿进行清理工作,可提高清理质量、减轻体力劳动、提高工作效率。一、工作原理多头风凿是利用12根凿针的往复运动,对工件表面产生冲击来进行清理工作的。这些凿针在冲击过程中,可随着工件表面的形状而分别改变凿针的冲击深度(图1),以达到对工件的细小部位进行冲凿的目的。
