CGRP能引起离体大鼠尾动脉非内皮依赖性的舒张反应,与此同时引起动脉组织内cAMP含量时间依赖性和浓度依赖性的增加,而对组织内cGMP的含量没有影响。
CGRP induced a non-endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation of the isolated rat tail artery, and at the same time induced a time-dependent and concentration-dependent increase in cAMP content in the arterial tissue with no effect on cGMP content in the tissue.
