我国高等教育正在不断发展,高校管理者、领导者的权力也在逐渐扩大,但是与之相应的监察工作、管理机制无法满足要求,这就导致高校成为腐败案件的高发区域。纪检监察工作是高校正常运行、降低腐败事件的必要保证,但是目前,负责纪检监察工作的各个部门存在着较多问题,多种因素制约着高校纪检监察工作的正常进行与实际效果。为了减少高校腐败案件的发生,保证高校工作质量,提高高校教学效果,高校需要对影响纪检监察工作的因素进行探究,并且寻找提升执纪监督效能的途径,让纪检监察工作收获实际效果,降低高校腐败案件的发生几率。
