目的:探讨HBV感染血清标志物模式(HBV M)与HBV DNA定量表达的关系。方法:采用ELISA和荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术分别对1463份HBV感染者血清进行HBV M和HBV DNA定量检测。结果:HBsAg、HBeAg、抗HBc均阳性模式HBV DNA检出率高,且多数病毒载量大;HBsAg、抗HBe、抗HBc均阳性及其他模式HBVDNA检出率低,且多数病毒载量小。结论:HBV M与HBV DNA定量虽强相关,但各有所长。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between HBV infection serum HBV DNA and the quantitative expression of HBV DNA. Methods: The serum levels of HBV M and HBV DNA in 1463 HBV infected individuals were detected by ELISA and FQ-PCR respectively. Results: The positive rates of HBV DNA in HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBc positive models were high, and most of the viral load was high. The detection rates of positive HBsAg, anti-HBe and anti-HBc were all low and most of the others were low. Conclusion: HBV M and HBV DNA quantitatively strong correlation, but their strengths.
