金毓黻(1887-1962年),字静庵,灯塔市八家子村汉军正红旗人。毕业於辽阳启化高等小学,继升读奉天省立中学堂。1913年秋,考入北京大学文科。1916年,任奉天省立第一中学教员。其后任沈阳文学专门学校等校教员。1931年3月,受聘为东北大学大学委员会委员。5月,任省政府委员兼教育厅厅长。1932年夏任伪满奉天公署参事官。后任伪满奉天图书馆副馆长,兼《满洲学报》主编。1935年1月赴日本,1936年7月,化名乘轮回国赴上海。随后靠蔡元
