人类B细胞的发育、活化、增殖及分化是由各种特异类型的细胞及可溶性生长因子从多个水平上来进行调节的,目前对主宰人类B细胞前体的增殖与分化的生长调节信号尚未阐明。白细胞介素-7(IL-7)是一种能促进淋巴样前体细胞(LPC)生长的基质细胞来源的生长因子,最近编码小鼠及人类IL-7的cDNA已克隆成功,并且发现重组IL-7可促进小鼠前B细胞、原B细胞、T细胞前体及成熟T细胞的生长。本文作者研究了IL-7受体在人类B细胞系淋巴造血的独特阶段中的表达与功能及IL-7介导的跨膜信号的生化本质。
The development, activation, proliferation and differentiation of human B cells are regulated at various levels by various specific types of cells and soluble growth factors. At present, the signals of growth regulation that control the proliferation and differentiation of human B cell precursors have not yet been elucidated . Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a stromal cell-derived growth factor that promotes the growth of lymphoid precursor cells (LPCs). Recently, cDNA encoding mouse and human IL-7 has been cloned successfully and found to be recombinant IL-7 promotes the growth of pre-B cells, pro-B cells, T-cell precursors and mature T cells in mice. The authors studied the expression and function of IL-7 receptor in a unique phase of human B-lineage lymphoid hematopoiesis and the biochemical nature of IL-7-mediated transmembrane signaling.
