目的:研究四逆散冻干粉对睡眠的影响,为确定四逆散改善睡眠作用药效物质基础提供可靠的方法依据。方法:采用多导睡眠描记术(PSG)和电刺激诱导大鼠失眠的方法,通过对失眠大鼠脑电图(EEG)的分析,确定四逆散冻干粉对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。结果:连续灌胃7天,能延长失眠大鼠的总睡眠时间,在睡眠时相上主要表现为延长SWS2和REMS,从而表明四逆散具有显著的改善睡眠作用。结论:四逆散冻干粉能延长SWS2和REMS,且实验重现性较好,从而肯定了四逆散冻干粉治疗失眠的作用。为四逆散冻干粉改善睡眠作用的药效物质基础及机制的研究提供了可靠依据。
Objective: To study the effects of Sini Powder on sleep quality, and to provide a reliable basis for determining the basis of pharmacological effects of Sini Powder on sleep improvement. Methods: Polysomnography (PSG) and electrical stimulation were used to induce insomnia in rats. Based on the analysis of EEG in insomnia rats, the effects of freeze-dried powder of Sini Powder on sleep phase influences. Results: The continuous gavage for 7 days prolonged the total sleep time in insomnia rats, and mainly prolonged SWS2 and REMS during sleep phase, which indicated that Sini Decoction had a significant effect on improving sleep. Conclusion: Sini powder freeze-dried powder can prolong the SWS2 and REMS, and the experimental reproducibility is good, which confirms the Sini powder freeze-dried powder treatment of insomnia. Sini powder for the improvement of the role of freeze-dried sleep on the basis of the pharmacodynamic substances and provide a reliable basis for the study.
