6月28日,第九届中国广告节新闻发布会在北京钓鱼台国宾馆六号楼举办。中国广告协会会长杨培青,秘书长时学志及大连市副市长、市长助理等有关领导出席了此次发布会。经国家工商行政管理总局批准,中国加入WTO的第一个广告节第九届中国广告节将于2002年10月23日至25日在辽宁省美丽的海滨城市大连举行。本届广告节由中国广告协会、大连市人民政府主办,大连市工商行政管理局、大连市广告
