鉴于我厂原沐浴系统使用效果较差及浪费能源,我们对其进行了改造,改造后的沐浴系统如图1.图中各部件作用如下:1.水箱2.混合器3.水位计4.温度计5.压力表6.安全阀7.脚踏阀8.截止阀.改造后系统淋浴原理图存水箱:冷水与蒸汽混合成热水后流进存水箱储存起来.混合器:用于混合冷水及蒸汽,内部有开孔的隔板,利于水、汽混合均匀.脚踏阀;洗浴者洗完离开后,可自动关闭水流,节约用水.此外还有水位计、温度计、安全阀和截止阀.
