铸铁焊补,在国内外已经有许多研究机关和工厂,结合具体的生产情况,研究了许多方法——热焊、冷焊两大类,对于修复铸铁件取得了一定的成绩;但是对于如何提高补焊质量,也就是说减少裂缝和白口区,保证补焊焊缝密实和加工性,仍是一个关键性的问题。在用蒙乃尔焊条焊接时,能够解决加工性问题,但是有时焊缝和铸件之间结合得并不好,在操作不当时,也会出现裂缝,特别是蒙乃尔合金较贵,因此还不能普遍采用。结合我厂生产和材料供给情况,我室采用了含铜95%和铁5%作的焊芯制造焊条,在灰铸铁上进行了试验,并以实物进行了补焊。实践证明,所制焊条不但工艺性能好——燃弧稳定、喷溅少,且在进行试件和几种实物焊接时,并无裂缝现象,使用硬质合金刀加工并无
