教育科研是当代教师的基本工作内容之一。教师做研究既是提升自身素质、促进专业成长的必由之路,又是避免职业倦怠的有效策略。为此,倡导教师职业之路从“燃烧自己,照亮别人”向“服务学生,成就自己”转变,从而促进专业发展,提升职业幸福感。本文结合中学德育课程具体教学案例,谈谈思想品德课教师如何做教学研究。
Education and research is one of the basic tasks of contemporary teachers. Teachers do research is not only the only way to improve their own qualities, promote professional growth, but also to prevent occupational burnout. To this end, advocating the career path of teachers from “burning themselves, illuminate others ” to “serve students, achievements themselves ” change, thereby promoting professional development and enhance professional well-being. This article combines the specific teaching case of moral education curriculum in middle school to talk about how teachers of moral education class do teaching research.
