为了提高天然隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量,采用HF-HCl混合酸一步法对隐晶质石墨进行提纯,研究了混合酸与石墨比例、氢氟酸含量、酸洗温度、酸洗次数对石墨固定碳含量的影响,确定了混合酸提纯隐晶质石墨的最佳工艺参数。当混合酸与石墨比例为2、HCl与HF体积比为1.5、恒温60℃下反应3 h、酸洗4次时,隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量从83.08%提高到99.41%。研究结果表明,混合酸一步法能显著提高隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量。
In order to improve the fixed carbon content of natural cryptocrystalline graphite, the cryptographitic graphite was purified by one-step HF-HCl mixed acid method. The effects of mixed acid and graphite ratio, hydrofluoric acid content, pickling temperature, pickling times on graphite Fixed carbon content of the mixed acid to determine the best processing parameters of cryptocrystalline graphite. When the ratio of mixed acid to graphite is 2, the volume ratio of HCl to HF is 1.5, the reaction is carried out at 60 ℃ for 3 h and pickled 4 times, the fixed carbon content of cryptocrystalline graphite increases from 83.08% to 99.41%. The results show that mixed acid one-step method can significantly improve the fixed carbon content of cryptocrystalline graphite.
