一、一全——面向全体学生有效教学的前提是面向全体学生。每一位学生通过体育教学活动是否获得进步或发展,是判定教学有效与否的唯一标准。那种只注重培养体育尖子,忽略或放弃弱势学生的教学只是部分有效或低效而不是真正意义上的有效。
First, a whole - for all students effective teaching premise is for all students. Each student through physical education activities to make progress or development, is to determine the validity of teaching the only standard. Teaching that focuses solely on cultivating top athletes and ignoring or abandoning disadvantaged students is only partially effective or inefficient rather than truly effective.
