1病历摘要患者，18岁，体重60kg。体查轻度贫血，皮肤散在少量瘀点、瘀斑，咽充血，表浅淋巴结及肝脾不大，心肺未见异常。经腰穿、骨穿及其他辅助检查，临床诊断为急性早幼粒细胞白血病。动员方案采用化疗十细胞生化因子rhG－CSF的方法。患者先进行常规化疗：阿糖胞着ZOOmg／d
