目的探讨碱性清洗剂对去除生物膜机制和效果。方法建立模拟污染物胡克污染物模型和生物膜负载片,使用生物膜清洗剂和酶洗剂在其工作条件下去浸润模拟污染物,肉眼观察胡克污染物模型的污染物去除情况,显微电镜观察生物膜负载片生物膜去除情况,并细菌计数法评价不同清洗剂对生物膜去除效果。结果从胡克污染物模型中可以看出,碱性清洗剂对污染物和生物膜的去除作用机制是减弱物体表面黏合力,同含酶清洗剂作用机制不同,生物膜载片对比试验电镜结果可以看到,碱性清洗剂对生物膜是明显地剥离效果;通过细菌计数法可以看到,生物膜清洗剂碱性清洗剂对生物膜去除效果同阳性对照组NaOH一致基本能达到100.0%,普通含酶清洗剂对生物膜的清除效率只有40.0%,差异有统计学意义。结论碱性清洗剂通过减弱生物膜和物体表面黏合力作用完全清除生物膜,去污能力远远高于普通含酶清洗剂,在模拟试验中相比与含酶清洗剂能够显著清除生物膜。
Objective To explore the mechanism and effect of alkaline detergent on biofilm removal. Methods To establish a model of pollutant Hook pollutants and biofilm load cell, the biofilm detergent and enzyme detergent were used to remove pollutants in their working conditions and the removal of pollutants in the Hook pollutant model was observed by naked eyes. Electron microscopy biofilm load biofilm removal, and bacterial count method to evaluate the effectiveness of different cleaning agents on biofilm removal. Results From the Hooke pollutant model, it can be seen that the mechanism of alkaline cleaning agent on the removal of pollutants and biofilms is to weaken the adhesion of the surface of the object, and the mechanism of action of the enzyme cleaning agent is different. It can be seen that the alkaline cleaning agent obviously peels off the biofilm. By the bacterial counting method, it can be seen that the biocide cleaning agent has the same biofilm removal effect as that of the positive control group NaOH up to 100.0% Ordinary enzyme-containing cleaning agent on the biofilm removal efficiency of only 40.0%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Alkaline cleaning agents can completely remove the biofilm by reducing the adhesion of biofilm and the surface of the biofilm. The detergency is much higher than that of ordinary enzyme-containing cleaning agents. Compared with the enzyme-containing cleaning agents, the biofilm can be significantly removed in the simulated experiment.
