Double-blind method was used to investigate 20 behavioral neurological tests (NBNA) of 465 full-term normal newborns and whether pregnant women were passive smoking and fetal physical development. There was no difference between the two groups in the situation and influencing factors of pregnant mothers and newborns, Shows that regardless of mothers are passive smoking, physical development of the fetus (except body weight) are evenly affected. There was a significant difference between the number of smoking cigarettes and the number of mothers passive smoking hours. NBNA reduction rate of passive smoking school control group was 0.11% higher; seven plus points, passive smoking group score was 6.44% lower than the control group, were significantly different. Passive smoking on the impact of NBNA mainly in the main, passive muscle tension, stepping and behavioral changes.
