在农村劳动力转移电焊技能培训中,实施模块教学能更好地解决理论与技能操作的关系问题。在课堂结构上采用四级教学能很好地解决师生互动,以学生为主体,教师为主导的问题。在教学理念上采用行为引导型教学,能培养学生关键职业能力。在具体教学内容的组织中灵活运用多种教学方法,能有效提高教学质量,解决教育与市场要求脱节的问题。实践证明,这种模式可操作性强,快速有效,适用于培训农民工,也适用于职业高中的技能实训。
In the rural labor transfer welding skills training, the implementation of module teaching can better solve the relationship between theory and skills operation. In the classroom structure using four teaching can be a good solution to teacher-student interaction, student-centered, teacher-led issues. The use of behavior-guided teaching in teaching philosophy can cultivate students’ key professional ability. In the specific teaching content organization flexible use of a variety of teaching methods, can effectively improve the quality of teaching, education and market requirements to solve the problem of disconnection. Practice has proved that this model is operable, fast and effective, suitable for training migrant workers, vocational high schools also apply skills training.
